Population It Would Serve

• 4,500 children in Winchester: As of the 2000 US Census, there were 4,572 children under the age of 15 living in Winchester. The splash park would serve each one of these children, regardless of physical ability.
• Children residing in neighboring towns would more than triple the potential number of children welcomed to enjoy the splash park.
